• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice.

• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

4. Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.
• We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer

Full payment must be received before order processing for online payments. For COD, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time: 2-5 business days within Bangladesh.
• Free shipping on orders above TK 500.
• Delivery charges may apply for orders below TK 500.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
